I just placed an order, can I cancel it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once your order has been submitted. If you’d like to return your order, once you’ve received it. Please refer to our Return Form. 

What happens after my purchase?

After purchase, you will receive two separate emails from us. The first one will be a confirmation email, the second email will include tracking information for your purchase.

I didn't receive a tracking number, when should I expect it?

You should receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number, 3-5 business days after your purchase.

What size should I get?

All sizing and measurements are specified for each garment. Clothing from US/Asia/Europe all tend to fit differently. If you’d like help with sizing, please contact us. 

I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond?

Please expect a response within 24-48 hours from our representative during business days (Mon-Fri).

I just received my order. Can I return it for a full refund?

No. The only form of refund we provide is a store credit to our store, minus a $15 shipping fee. All refunds are not issued until we have received the return. To return your order, please fill out and send our Return Form.
