MATERIALS 

What materials are used?

Brass is the base metal used for the all of the pieces and parts. The brass is then electroplated in 18K gold, 925 sterling silver, or rose gold.

 


 

SIZING

What size should I get? 

Visit our handy sizing page for assistance. An alternative method is to visit a local jeweller and have your wrist or finger accurately measured in US sizing. For necklaces, you will need to personally decide what your preference of size is. Again, refer to our sizing page in order to see what size you would prefer to wear.

 

I'm buying a gift for a friend or loved one, how do I find out there size? 

This is a tough scenario to be in. The only recommendation we have for you is to measure a ring or bracelet this individual wears on a regular basis and get their size. If you're unable to, it's better off letting them know and finding out their size. 

  


 

SHIPPING

How long will it take to ship my order? 

Upon confirmation of payment your item will be processed for shipment within 2 business days (tracking code provided). 

 

Do you require a signature for packages? 

We do not require a signature upon delivery, but if you wish to include this on your shipment. Please reach out to us before your order has been shipped, and we will help you with-next steps. *An additional fee will apply.

 

Can I edit my shipping address?

If your order has not yet shipped, email us at help@owity.com with your order number and updated address so we can adjust it for you. Please let us know as soon as possible, once a package has been assigned tracking we are unable to make adjustments.

 

How long will my order take to arrive once shipped?

Depending on where the package is being sent, most of our packages are delivered within 6 business days. For information on various shipping time frames, please visit here

 

Will I be charged duties or taxes? 

There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that OWITY does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

 

Why is my package delayed?

We ship parcels all over the world via CANADA POST. During holiday seasons, orders may suffer a slight delay in shipment due to an excessive amount of orders being fulfilled. In addition, OWITY will not be held accountable for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, issues with international customs, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

 

My package was marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it? 

In the rare case that your tracking number shows your package has been marked as delivered, but you still have not received it, we ask that you you contact the shipping provider for more information. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping provider, and they will be able to open an investigation to help locate your package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE 

What is your return policy? 

You can return any products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. The product(s) must be unused - in its original packaging and still in the same new condition as when received.

The same policy applies for exchanges as well.

Once your return is approved and we have received your item(s), a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be in your account within 3-7 business days.

JEWELRY CARE 

Always remove your jewelry when washing your hands, showering or bathing. Also avoid swimming or wearing your jewelry in tanning beds.

Do not allow your jewelry to come in contact with any harsh chemicals. 

Avoid grinding your jewelry against any hard surfaces. 

 

Clean your jewelry using a damp cloth and mild soap. DO NOT use any sort of cleaners. A great trick is to use an old tooth brush with water and mild soap.

How does store credit work? 

Use your store credit code at checkout before submitting your order. Orders submitted using other forms of payment, cannot be altered after to use store credit.
