After placing my order, can I edit it?  

Once an order is placed, we allow a 30 minute window to make any post-order changes. If you are outside of the 30 minute window, your order has already been submitted to our processing team and cannot be revoked. Please email help@owity.com within this timeframe.

OWITY is not liable for unforeseen issues caused by Canada Post, DHL or theft at your destination.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

We do accept returns and exchanges, strictly under these conditions:

You can return any products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. The product(s) must be unused - in its original packaging and still in the same new condition as when received.

The same policy applies for exchanges as well. 

OWITY reserves the rights NOT to accept any product(s) for Refund or Exchange of product(s) that have been opened, tampered with or not in original state of condition.
